Everyone told me to just put the stop leak straight in, don't worry about siphoning anything and that worked for me.

Either way. I used a turkey blaster to remove some fluid from the reservoir. Then just add the Lucas in place of fluid. If the leak continues, keep adding Lucas. It&#39;s thick like cold molasses so it may slow down the leak as you replace more of the lost fluid with it. I&#39;ve never seen it actually fix a leak just slow it down for awhile while I found a second job to save up for repairs.

Lucas Oil Power Steering Stop Leak is compatible with Honda spec power steering fluid.

I know Honda uses a certain type specific to Honda for power steering fluid.  Can you use this for a Honda.  My rack and pinion is leaking.

I put this in my 1978 f250 power steering  system not to only help stop some seepage but to also help ad some lubricant to make it quieter and man did it really help. It turns smoother and is absurdity quiet now. Great product.

This product is thick and slow.  Although I didn't have a leak from the PS motor which this is for, it did leak from the hose much slower then other brands.

1993 j30 infiniti with 110.000 miles. Actually, there were no leaks yet. But did have a flat spot were it seemed like that the p/s was not working properly. Used half a bottle as a preventive maintenance. After wards the p/s was noticeably smoother and the flat spot was gone. Very pleased with the results. Installation advice, this product is very thick. Heat it up with hot water first so it readily flows. Then start your vehicle while its still warm so it flows easily through the p/s pump.

Worked as stated

This works great for stopping power steering leak. It is thicker than regular fluid. The power steering works fine with it until I can get the leaky part replaced.

Awesome

Used this when my power steering started gradually misbehaving, I wrestled my car to Walmart and put this in and did see instantaneous results, but then it started degrading again. Turns out this fixes leaks in the pipes themselves but it does not fix any problems with seals, which is what my car had leaks in. So it may or may not address your specific problem, it was good to test it out with this first though.

Works for some problems but not all.

Sales pitch misleading. Picture has two bottles, but it's only ONE!!But it does state 12 oz.. Otherwise, I would have given ONE 🌟

Good product, but picture misleading!

You can tell it tightens up your steering and drives better. I could see  and feel the difference right off the bat, but my problem appears to be much worse. It still leaks. I knew my power steering was shot to begin with, and after reading the reviews, I thought I would give it a try instead of paying the thousand bucks on a whole new system on a 2001. Im left with the decision of getting another car or pay the money.
