I don't believe it says on the packaging but I would guess it would hold 3 adults fine. It seems very sturdy.

We had roughly 400 pounds on it and it didn't show any signs that it couldn't hold more no shaking or making any noise. I wouldn't go over 500 pounds total.

Very sturdy %26 solid, especially given the price. My 4 yo and I put it together in less than 20 minutes. The legs are more off white and not a true bright white. Overall, extremely pleased and would buy again!
