I don't know for sure, but probably it could. It sure looks like it could handle a V-8, no problem.

It will fit. But I would only work on the short block while on the stand. With the heads on it will have to much weight on the front end.

It will fit. I'm using it for a Ford 300 6. The 350 weighs a bit more but less than the 750 lbs rating. It'll be a little springy however.

i think it might be ok. but you'll need to modified the bolt bar so it'll fit on the block it self.

yes, with locking pin holes at 45 degree intervals

Yes. It rotate 360deg. It has a locking pin that keeps it from moving when your working. But is east to misplace. Attach a lanyard cord and your good to go.

yes it does, but i would recommend you make a hole for a clip on the handle bar so it wont side out. your engine will turn 360degree once you have it bolt on securely .

Everything fit together nicely and it is strong. I am using it for and inline 6 chevy which is not only longer than a V8 but also heavier. There is no problem with over stressing or tippiness. Jst what I needed.

Fantastic value and a great tool

So easy to assemble, I have my 12 year old put it together.  Soild foundation for a 4 cyclinder or 6 cylinder motor, but I question just how comfortable a V8 would feel on this stand.

You can't expect to get a $500 engine stand for $50.But it's a great stand for the money. It's great for 4cyl and v6 motors. I you can use it for building smaller short block v8s. But not a long block v8. You will have to buy mounting bolts to attach the engine to the stand, not included in the box. For the most parts it's well built. Feels a little bit flimsy when you rotate the engine. But don't fall over. The weak point is the rear wheels. I just welded studs with a steel wheel. The stand is a bolt together with all the hardware included. You will need a basic tool set with standard wrenches to assemble.

everything is good except i need to modified the the bolt bar to make more holes to fit all four bar to my block. other than that its a great product.

great engine stand! for small engines

I mounted a Ford tractor engine (450 lbs?) to this stand. It was easy to mount the engine without any modifications and the stand seemed to be well able to handle the weight. The rotation action was a little rough, but after I greased it a bit it's now turning smooth. A real bargain at this price!

Bought this to  hold a SB Chevy motor but had issues with the Mounting Plate Assembly the slots needed to be milled to expand the slots to be able to bolt it to the motor.

we were rebulding a GM.350cid(5.7)V-8 it took two people to rotate the engine and the it almost tipped over!  weight was approx. 550lbs..Also was hard to roll on the Concrete floor.

Should have purchased the 1000 lb. Cap.

I assembled the unit as per the instructions and then attempted to mount the 4 cylinder small tractor engine. One of the 4 welded stand offs was welded off center and the engine would not mount (the mounting bolt would not go all the way through the stand-off). I had to use a cut off tool and cut it off and then mount the engine by using the loose standoff and a washer to make up for the metal removed. This sort of poor quality is really inexcusable as it makes the engine stand useless unless the buyers have some metal working tools like I have. I do not recommend this unit because whatever assembly jigs were used are faulty.

Found these engine stands for a great price, so I purchased 2. When they arrive in an envelope at my door I knew that something was wrong. Sent me some gauges and now I can't find them on the website anymore. Once again Walmart covers their mistake.

Won't honor their own mistakes

the front wheel collapsed and almost had a newly rebuilt engine laying on my shop floor. I will have to modify the stand and put a heaver caster wheel on the front.
