108. I didn't get out a measuring tape I just used my arm's with and they were right around 100 inches. So If 108 and 180 are the options I would say 108.

I've been hitting the heavy bag without wraps for over a month. These do the job and allow me to hit the bag awkwardly and still have my wrist intact. Ofcourse im sure there our better products but these are excellent for the price and for amatuers just trying to stay in shape.

Fits nice and tight around my wrist and hands.

Well the hands wraps are fine but they were to go with the boxing gloves I ordered same time.

Very good protection around the knuckles when punching a bag. I recommend this to anyone who would want to try boxing workout. ️

I got these last year when I got a boxing bag and they work real good in fact this year I got 3 more. Before I got them I would hurt both hands hitting the boxing bag so you have to have them if you want to box with out hurting your self.

They are much better than just strapping your hands with an Ace bandage, which is what I did when I first started. But they are only long enough for speed or light hitting. Something much longer would provide better support for heavy hitting.

I was weary about purchasing this item due to some of the responses of the hand wraps being to short, however these wraps fitted perfectly and were not too short.

not the best hand wraps...you got what you paid for tho. not very durable, and they come off a little too easy. not the best if you are an experienced fighter, but i would recomend this for a beginner so they can build up their hand strength because there is not much protection. whenever i punch the bag i find my self constantly re-tightining them because they get really loose on you.

It was short in length and not enough to wrap you fist and wrist properly. I do not recommend this for an adult.

I should've read the description better I guess. But seriously ! Why would they even sell such a short wraps !!! Yeah maybe for kids I guess, but can you just put it in the description. For a regular adult these wraps are totally short. I trained with them because I had no other wraps but seriously they couldn't even wrap my entire hand ! No support or protection at all !

I do Muay Thai Kickboxing and these hand wraps are way too short, i was not able to wrap my hands and have the full support. I used them for about a week and then I was offered some free ones from my master instructor, which were AWESOME and much longer and softer. These walmart ones are too itchy! I do not recommend for adults.
