I'm sorry, but I don't know for sure. I have it set at 19 1/2 ", which I believe is the lowest setting. It's very comfortable.

You can adjust the height of the seat by twisting the round metal piece in between the dowels under the seat. HOpe that helps.

All adjustments are done with the brass ring in the middle of the chair.

How do I adjust the height of the knee pad?

Not sure, but the details from the product say, 200 pounds.

I've been using this chair for several weeks now, and it makes my time at the computer much more comfortable. I have had knee and back injuries, and neither area is aggravated when sitting in this chair. It was easy to assemble, and I think it will last. As far as looks...it's not bad. It's definitely better looking than a huge, bulky office chair. I've already recommended this product to other people, and I may purchase another one to have at the office. I'm 5'5" and 130lbs, and I fit in this chair very comfortably.

Comfortable and Good Quality

With my bad lower back (bulging disks), I decided to take the plunge with a kneeling back chair. I didn't want to invest too much so I decided on the least expensive one Walmart had to offer. I am of normal build so I fit okay sitting in this chair. I knew the "screw" adjustment would be a drawback, but once I have it where I wanted it, I've left the setting alone. I have not spent hours on it as some have, but it does seem to take pressure off of my lower back.

Works for Me.

I had modest expectations for this product, but I was pleasantly surprised by the nice finish and solid construction. It is comfortable but I need to use it for a few weeks before I can give a final impression about it, simply because of the different posture required to sit in it.

Exceeded expectations

So far, so good. the order arrived about a day ahead of time and once I got it home, the chair was simple to assemble. Since my posture has been so poor for so long, I'm not able to use this ergonomically correct chair for more than about an hour or so before my back begins to hurt. It sounds strange, but it's easier to slump/slouch than it is to sit correctly.

I'm enjoying the chair, though and would recommend it to anyone in need of this type of posture correction.

Good for the back and abs!

Excellent piece to help you maintain good posture while in front of the computer or your desk. Its design makes it possible to simply roll it under the desk thus freeing up space if you have a reduced home office space.

Excellent design for a small home office.

I am very pleased with this chair. I'm 5'7 and fit it well. It's in my craft room and have used it about 4 hours max at a time. I like that its easy to get on and off, keeps me mobile. It's comfortable, well padded. I can slouch in it but I think I will improve on that and slouch less as I move it more. The position is very comfortable to work in.
