You may be able to find just the packets online like amazon ect.

where in northern nj can i find the 100 packet package - just the packets, not the bottle?

I believe the Neti Pot primarily uses gravity to pull the water through your nasal passages whereas this rinse bottle can be squeezed to increase the pressure. I'd recommend this over the Neti Pot since this rinse bottle enables you to adjust the water pressure. If you have really stuffed up sinuses (like when you have a bad cold), you may need additional pressure to clear the blockage which is why the rinse bottle might be more useful. Also, the rinse bottle can be quicker (again, because you can squeeze it to get the water through faster) and I think it's easier to keep clean since it's clear and doesn't have a bunch of nooks and crannies to keep clean like the Neti Pot.

A neti-pot is shaped like a tea pot & use that device to irrage your sinuses. Neil Med you use a small plastic bottle to irrigate your sinuses. They both do a good job on cleaning out your sinus cavities. Note, make sure you buy distilled water, or boil the water yourself (approx. 30 minutes). Do not use tap water it could bacteria in it that could cause you problems down the road.

A neti-pot is shaped like a tea pot, you pour your water in that & use it to irrigate e your sinuses. Neil Med uses a an 8 ounce plastic bottle. Note, do not use tap water for either. Use either distilled, sterile, or boil the water yourself.

My ENT Doctor said that this is like a fire hydrant where a nettie pot is like a trickle of water. This is much better, it really cleans you out.

Its the kit with the bottle, its hard to see on the box how many packs are with the kit ,but they usually come with 5 packs at this price.

this clears Catarrh (that annoying  eh ehm in your throat and sinus drainage). don't heat water too much and use gentle pressure, you're not waterboarding! you should be able to gently breathe during process. relief for hours. can use 3 times a day.

I was having trouble with sinus pressure and pain throughout the spring. A doctor that I saw for this problem suggested trying using this sinus rinse. I no longer have any pain or pressure and that's without drugs. It takes a few times to get used to it. Think going swimming and having the water go through your nose. I no longer have to take  sinus pressure medicine.

No drugs but it works

My doctor turned me onto this. All these years of discomfort, I didn't have to experience. This product is so easy to use. Distilled water and a package of the right stuff and you feel better right away.

Once you start it's easy to use and it cleans your nose. I use before bedtime and it helps me to sleep because my nose is clear and no coughing!

Works Well

As a teacher, I tend to get constantly sick in the fall and winter, and it seems I'm always stuffed up and feeling terrible this time of year. I swear by this stuff though! Easy to use, comfortable to use, and it always helps clear out that painful congestion and temporarily relieve the nasal swelling that comes with an upper respiratory infection or sinus infection. Even though I have to use this multiple times a day to really feel less-than-terrible, it really does work to relieve symptoms and clear out infection faster. I've been sick pretty much nonstop for 13-14 weeks now, and this sinus rinse is the only thing keeping me sane and somewhat comfortable while I continue to battle all the colds going around school.

Being beyond stuffed up, this sassy magic juice broke up everything.  It burned and tickled and just overwhelmed all the senses.   You think it's just water but it snot.

The price was right, and it got the job done. I brought it today and I was anxious because i've never used a sinus rinse before. So I did as the directions said to do and the result was a blessing. I can breath so much better. My sinus are clear and I can breath again.

Blessing in disguise

Lol it feels like I'm drowning but I can breathe really good after using the product.  I like that it has everything I need for a good deal. Definitely recommend this product.

One of the packages of NeilMed was opened and looked like rain had fallen on it and dried up. I don't know what happened to it.

2nd time I purchased from Walmart and there was a leak issue under the cap..need these to distribute sinus medication for skull based mass..unfortunately will have to buy elsewhere.
