If you put them in and its a tight fit then maybe, but i wouldnt wanna ruin my old shoe sole over a snug fit personally, plus it would ware through your real shoe that much faster rheyre only temps really. only if you can't manage walking normally.

I put them on top of the existing insoles and I run around a 200,000 plus sq ft store nearly all day 5 days a week and the pain and soreness no longer exists.

I take the original ones out as they may effect the sizing of the shoe.

IS IT BETTER TO REPLACE YOUR EXISTING INSOLES WITH THESE OR JUST PUT THEM ON TOP OF THEM?

This pair is designed for larger, men's shoe sizes, so they would not be appropriate for your foot.

I am a woman, size 8. Since I would have to cut them down a lot would that work out? Would the insole still be good? I would use them for sport shoes.

These insoles may reduce the smell since bacteria is one of the reasons for smelly feet. Leather and moisture(sweat from feet) make a favorable environment for bacteria to grow

These inserts are hands down the best I have ever tried. I am nearly flat footed and it is hard for me to find shoes that are comfortable, especially dress shoes. I was continuously going home and couldn't wait to go home and take off my shoes, now I don't have any pain or soreness. Trust me its worth every dime!

Hands down better than Dr. Scholl's

I have a foot issue that I have been virtually unable to relieve even by two surgeries. Was advised to try custom orthotics at over $100/pair and with a limited lifetime of about a month. These Profoot inserts last about 2 weeks and are the only relief I have had in years. Using the gels under them gives a cushioning "spring" to my step that I haven't had in years. And all for a bit over $5. I buy them in packages of three every few weeks as the need should arise.

The ONLY relief I get

Saw these in Academy Sports while looking at socks. I have a nice pair of shoes I like, but hate to wear because they hurt my feet horribly so I rarely wear them but refused to get rid of them because I like them so much. I was going to try yet another pair of gel insoles this time, but when I saw these and the money back guarantee on the box I figured I had nothing to lose by trying them. I put them in those nice looking uncomfortable shoes and wore them out shopping (the one thing that really makes my feet hurt the worst) and whola, aside from the difference being noticeable immediately, my feet feel just like when I'm wearing my most comfortable shoes or sneakers now after a few hours shopping. Thanks for the product, a reasonable price, and the guarantee. I will be replacing all my Dr. Sholls gel insoles with these, the gel ones really don't do hardly anything for me. Interestingly enough, these wonderful new insoles are very similar to the ones that come in my Brooks running shoes which I find extremely comfortable. Within a few hours of first wearing, I'm already telling people to go get them who I know struggle to find something comfortable. I will agree with another reviewer that they do run a little small. I'm a men's 11 and cut them to a 12 and they fit the size 11 shoes appropriately. I figured on first cut, if they were still too big, I could trim them smaller and sure enough I'm glad I didn't trim them to the 11 mark.

Finally, relief!

I had suffered from plantar fascia all my life. I bought these and oh my miracle is absolutely right!! Before I could not work standing on feet for more than 3 hours pain burning feet brought me to tears. I think Dr Shols should retink they re products as absolutely none of them work. Gel sounds nice but until you have experienced memory foam you'll freak trying to find them when your store runs out or no carrying anymore.... All I can say who ever came up with memory foam insoles have no ideal the lives pain free these produced. I have them in every single shoe. And because it molds to your foot aka memory you can switch them to other shoes and be transported instant comfort... Please do not stop production of these throughout the gel etc memory foam is key;!!!!;;

I was looking for a replacement pair of orthotics. I would normally get the Dr. Scholls Custom Fit Orthotics every 6 months at $50 a pop. Very pricey, to say the least. I saw these and decided to give them a try. You can't beat the price. They felt a little weird until they had molded to my feet, but after that, they are terrific. I'm still trying to get used to having support all the way to my toes. I will definitely be getting these again!

I have had these in my shows just a couple of days now and my feet feel so much better. My one problem is that I do have a size 13 foot and the men's don't quite make it. Can you let me know if you are going to make them a little bigger in the future. You can always cut them back, but I can't make them longer. Thanks

I've read almost every review dor this sole and based on the price coupled with that i decided to try them out. its not a dream come true or anything fantastic but it does better than a beat up shoe would and adds comfort where they're wouldn't be otherwise. overall its worth it to try them out i mean even if they aren't great they're only 6 bucks. awesome price.

cons- have to cut them to fit , they make make it a squeeze if you leave in your old sole, rather thin.

pro's- lightweight, good comfort, not to think or bulky. overall i highly recommend these if you want a bit of added cushion.

Great price for decent sole

I have had foot issues for quite a while now. If I stand for long periods my feet get very tired and get very painful. These are very reasonable and do help however I have not been wearing them for that long yet. I have to admit when I first got them they seemed to be very flimsy but they do work. I will see how long they last...

Seems to be helping...

I put these in a pair of running shoes and felt no difference.  Dr Scholl's Active series are a much better product.  I will not purchase these again.
