What are the dimensions of the mattress itself?

I bought 2 of these cots and both worked great. They were a little difficult to get the end cross bars attached, we needed 2 people but otherwise no problems. One of the air mattresses held air, the other didn't hold so well so I'm not sure what the issue was with that. Even without air, it was mostly comfortable. I would recommend this product. Kind of heavy if you have to carry them but overall a good cot.

No complaints

This cot is almost as comfortable as our bed at home! The fact the air mattress slips inside the cot material means there is no chance the mattress will ever slip off the cot. It comes with a nice carrying case but getting the cot and the mattress back into the case is a challenge- seems like most Coleman products are that way though! Although we use these cots mostly for camping, I would not hesitate to set them up for overnight company!

You'll Think You're Sleeping on a Regular Bed!

It is really sturdy. The crosspieces are quite a snug fit and may have been redesigned since the those problem ones mentioned in some reviews.

It is comfortable with or without the mattress.

It is long and I could have ordered a shorter one, though I do not know if there is one available.

Would buy another!

I bought this cot to go on a weekend camp out because I am tired of sleeping on the ground, even with an air mattress! It was great! Wasn't hard to put together and got a good nights sleep. I traded out the second night with my husband and we will now be buying a second one! I think it will be good when we have overnight visitors too.

I recommend!

I camp frequently and have arthritis and need a comfortable cot. My previous cot broke--this one is far superior to the previous one. It is easy to set up and inflate. It does not lose air so it remains comfortable throughout the night. Only problem is the holes in the cross pieces are too far apart to go into the rails, but putting one end in and resting the other above the "button" works fine.

Excellent Cot

I just purchased two of these cots for our upcoming camping trip. Assembling the cots is a breeze, if they are not defective. One of the poles that you connect/snap to the leg had a extra piece of plastic that was difficult to see and it prevented the two pieces from snapping. Once all together and the air mattress pumped up, I left it up for a day to try it out. It was great with and without the air mattess.

Walmart has the best price!

I purchased this set for several reasons; overnight guests-sleeping off the floor or ground. The entire set stores well in it's own carrying bag and in the closet. A real space-saver.

I unpacked the stand from carrying bag very carefully. Noticed a slight wear on cot edge attached to stand when unfolding stand.

With stand and cot material fully extended, husband inserted stand end bars--you must eat your wheaties to do this as the end bars fit very tight. The cot with air mattress can be moved very easily from place to place which is a plus.

The cot only measures 5 feet 4 inches with a space of 7 inches at both ends of the stand.
With the air mattress inside the cot bag it will fit nicely on the entire cot without any gap spaces.

The only problem we had was once the the air mattress filled (which took under a minute with an electric air pump) there were 3 small slits in the center folds of the mattress.
The mattress was packed in it's own plastic bag and a separate compartment in the carrying case.

What a bummer! Will call Coleman for instructions on getting another air mattress.

great design except air mattress

This product looked beautiful and was exactly what we wanted, but the poles that hold the ends together won't go on. The wholes were 3/4 of an inch wider than the pin that had to go into them. We even called Coleman and they said the poles were not replacement parts. We didn't reorder because we didn't have time so we returned the cot to the store.

Camping Cot

The cot is well designed but the end rail slots that connect to the side rails were too wide apart. The cot would not go together. Fortunately WalMart's return policy provided a quick and easy way to get credit for this online purchase.

Disappointing

The cot had broken zippers on the carrying case and on the mattress cover when I unpacked it. So far it's cost me another $8.50 to mail off the broken parts, nothing received from coleman yet, and I dont have a product to use.
