I realized today that this fan is the same model as the faithful old fan I bought for $2 at an estate sale several years ago.  It had been well used and probably abused, but it was kept me cool and comfortable at my work table in the garage. It has survived duct tape repairs after several nasty falls, as well as a melted switch handle caused by a work light too hot and too close. I screwed the now misshapen handle back on, and the fan works as well as it ever did. This one is a survivor, and I highly recommend it.

I Got This Fan Backing 2008 Um it's 2012 I Have For 5 Years It Will Only Last For 5 Years It's Worth Byeing Again But The ITS only Cost $15 Not Bad I Did By It New And So Every 5 Years You ReBy It And Hopefully You Will Get 5 Years Out Of It No More Then 5 Years Out Of It But I Used It Every Day

I Wood By WalMart Of The Galays Box Fan

I bought this fan about 10 years ago to keep cool in my room. I paid less than $12 for it and I never had any problems with it and I can it most of the time at home for hours on end and even when I sleep. Unfortunately it died one today (5/23/19). I'd love to buy another one, but not for $70. Guess I'll have to find a decent replacement.

Gone to Fan Heaven

I'm a college student and I bought this for use in my dorm room, which doesn't have air conditioning. During the warmer months when I'm at school, it's on either its mid or high setting 24/7. During the winter and when I'm at home for breaks from school, I run it on either its low or mid setting at night because I like to sleep to the noise. That said, I've had this for almost a year and a half now, and I estimate that this fan has actually been running for well over half of the time that I've actually had it, and it's still working like a champ. I've never had any issues with it. I paid $15 for it, and it has to be on of the best purchases I've ever made.

Excellent for the price. It is a bit noisy though.

This fan works well and is a pretty god price for such a large fan. The only issue I have with it is that it rattles. I can't figure out what is actually rattling, either. I've tried holding down the sides, pushing down on the top, etc. The rattle isn't terrible or that loud so it will work for use during the day. I always sleep with a fan at night, though, and that's when the rattle gets annoying. All in all a decent fan, just not quite what I was hoping for!

They don't actually have this. They try and pawn off another model. What is wrong with you? Don't advertise and let me order what you don't have, and don't substitute without telling me thinking that I won't notice.
