These boots appear to be waterproof (not having walked in anything more than puddle deep). They are not insulated and probably aren't too warm on very cold days if you're wearing nothing more than a pair of white socks.

Yes they are waterproof. I walk through puddles in the winter. My feet never get wet, they are quite warm also.

Has a knit lining to help retain shape and ease of taking on and off. Not intended to be a warm lined boot. If used for cold rain or cold weather with heavy wool socks buy next larger size.

Wear without shoes, very comfortable, light weight, wash mud off with the hose. Might be a little on the narrow side, but even if you order them site to store you can try them on and return them if they don't fit. They are of very good quality and an unbelievable value for the cost.

regarding width, they are average, but have a wide toe box. for a wide foot, i recommend buying one size up.

Purchased the rain boots for hubby to work in the yard. He says they are comfortable and work well in the yard and are not just for the rainy weather. The price was also great!

Great Boots!

Got these boots for my husband and they are great for working in the wet yard and mud, feet stay warm and dry, and just hose them off and let them drip dry. Terrific value at an unbelievably good price.

If function and value are the important items, these are a great value. They are great for mud, wet weather, etc. Not stylish and you must wear thick socks or two pair to help with the comfort. Keeps wet out, enough room to put your jeans inside and protects against the things that crawl or slither in the dirt and mud.

Excellent Value for Work Boots

When I recieved these boots I tried them out by going out in the back yard to dig up some small tree seedlings. When I pushed down on the shovel with my foot a sharp pain shot up thru my leg. These boots have no arch support whatsoever and I am now nursing sore arches. I will buy other rain boots so I can finish the job without crippling myself.

Great for rain but nothing else.

Cheaply made, sole in both boots cracked and started to leak immediately and mud leaked in. So disappointed! If the Walmart store was closer I would have taken back but it is not so I threw them in the garbage.

Poor Quality

I ordered these for my husband to use for work. In a matter of only TWO DAYS they were rendered useless. He drives a garbage truck, not a thrower, a driver and they wore out. The soles completely cracked where your feet naturally bend, the nubs wore completely off of the soles and they leaked water like crazy. We returned them.

Absolute waste

Boots haven't been worn much and the soles are seriously cracked.
