Fun Remote Jeep
I've had fun with this remote Jeep. It moves forwards and backwards and side to side. It can do complete circles. All this on my concrete driveway. However, it doesn't move in the grass at all. It takes two double A batteries for the remote and three batteries in the Jeep. It has good get up and go.
Tons of fun for big & small toy truck fans!
My son is a huge fan of cars and trucks, and he loves this New Bright RC Ford Raptor truck! It is well built and durable. It is built in a 1:24 real scale size, making it look just like the real pickup trucks and my son loves pretending that he drives "to work" or "off-road" like his dad. This RC truck requires 2 AA batteries for the control and 3 AA batteries for the truck. The truck is a good size for even younger children to play with. The colors are bright and the realistic look make this RC truck a lot of fun to play with and provides many hours of joy for young and old the same. I highly recommend this RC truck for every little and not so little toy car and truck enthusiast! There are many different real scale models available to choose from and to add on to your collection.
Grandson LOVES it !!

This new bright 1:24 full function radio controlled Ford raptor is adorable. My daughter was so happy when we gave her this little truck to play with. It is small but it is packed with power. When we put the batteries in and my daughter pushed the button on the controller this little car took off. She plays with it every day. I would highly recommend this item
Remote control jeep
Smaller remote control vehicle. Not very fast. Only moves on concrete, hard wood, or carpeted surfaces. Not strong enough to drive in grass. Looks like a real Jeep. 5 AA batteries are required. Turns well. Goes forward and in reverse. Easy to drive . Remote is small and easy to use, it does not power off. Very long wires on remote. Fun toy for girls or boys and parents too. Recommend for all interested in Jeeps.
Great for beginner
New Bright RC 1:24 Scale Ford Raptor Radio Control Truck is great for a beginner! It seems to be made very sturdy for little ones. The controller is light weight and very easy to navigate. The monster truck works well on wood floors, cement, and grass! I really like that it has an 80ft range. The controller and truck have plastic tubes to put over the antennas. Just be careful they tend to come off easily.
Fun for a small child
Truck is about as big as my hand but could be a lot of fun indoors for a small child especially on hardwood not really suitable for outside not a whole Lot of power but if you're looking for something for a small child indoors on a hardwood floor this is really a good toy has a good range on the antennas a little over 10 feet , takes five AA batteries Seems like it wouldn't take a whole lot to break it but for light use this is probably a pretty good toy.
Remote Control Truck
This battery operated truck is not too big and not too small. This remote control truck was very easy to get set up and running. It took me less than five minutes to get it going, which kids love. It comes with a remote control. The remote control has two small joysticks on it. One joystick is for the forward and the reverse function. We had to push it forward in order to make the truck move forward and down to get it to move backwards. The other joystick on the remote is for the left and the right steering. We had to put two AA alkaline batteries in the remote, and we had to put three AA alkaline batteries in the bottom side of the truck. That is a total of 5 AA alkaline batteries. I was not exactly happy about that. The truck's exterior body looks very cool. However, our truck's exterior kept popping off. We were so disappointed in that happening constantly. The truck did a great job with going where we directed it to go, but as soon as it hit a wall or during handling it, it would kind of pop its body casing. I thought maybe we were doing something wrong, but I do not think so. I do not feel this truck was tough enough for proper use.
Black / Red Ford Raptor RC
Black / Red Ford Raptor RC.
This was so much smaller then expected which was a bummer but my son still liked it. It does run off batteries which I expect to not last long. It seems to work fine but not fast at all. It doesn't work well on grass. Otherwise it does last a fairly decent play time unless played with continuously. I
would recommend. Thanks Wal- mart for the opportunity to try this product.
Small RC, Big fun!
I had the opportunity to play with the New Bright Blue Mopar Jeep RC Radio Control toy with my four-year-old daughter. The design scale of this particular toy is 1:24, a bit on the small side in the realm of RC's. However, despite the compact design of this toy, New Bright has done a terrific job mimicking the small details in the Mopar Jeep design (from the rear-trunk tire to the roll cage). A small flag and wire covers are included for both the car and remote control. This toy is super light-weight and is really ready-to-go from the box, once batteries (not included) are installed. My four-year-old mastered forward/reverse controls and directional maneuvering in under five-minutes of play. The New Bright Blue Mopar Jeep RC Radio Control truck packs some decent speed for its size, and navigated nicely over smooth surfaces indoors/outdoors. I did find that this particular RC had difficulty climbing over more rough terrain, like grass and dirt, although I expected this when considering model size. If you are looking for a speedy little radio control car for an indoor space or for a portable RC radio control toy option, this particular toy is absolutely perfect. If you are looking for more of a "stunt" vehicle, I might recommend a larger to-scale model. We have experienced battery-life lasting around 2-3 days when played with intermittently throughout the day. Overall, my daughter absolutely loves playing with the Mopar Jeep RC, and asks for it at least once a week. Add a little bit of adventure to your child's day with the New Bright Blue Mopar Jeep RC Radio Control toy!
Grandson loves it !!
Bright Radio Control Car Ford Raptor. Great little remote control truck !! Perfect for indoor or outdoor play. Super fast and stands up to a boys rough play. Uses 5 AA batteries, 3 in truck, 2 in remote. Easy right left, forward back controls. Super fun little toy !!
Several small issues
I gave this little remote control truck to my 9 year to put it thru a true test. The truck looks just like a Raptor so in that aspect the company did good. A couple small problems I have had already is the batteries tend to fall out of the bottom of the truck. I put tape over the plastic battery door to try to keep it from happening every other time they drive it. The truck has limited range from the controller. Once you get about 10 feet away it will no longer go. I was hoping for better with today's technology. It will do for a short time but I don't see it lasting.
Goes pretty fast
My son thoroughly enjoys playing with this remote controlled jeep. This toy requires batteries (not included). Five AA batteries is required for play (3 for the Jeep and 2 for the controller). It goes pretty fast and has no problems on carpet or grass. The controller is easy to operate with simple buttons (forward/reverse and left/right). My son is 5 and is easy for him to control. The battery covers are somewhat difficult to put on and seem to not stay on so easily so we currently use duct tape to keep them on. Overall, a fun toy that the whole family enjoys playing with and I'd recommend.
Fun to Run
The New Bright 1.24 scale Mopar Jeep is about 6 inches in size. It is one of several choices in the RC Trucks series offered by New Bright. Included in the packaging is the radio controlled vehicle, transmitter, and 2 antenna tubes. In order to make this set operate, you will need 3 AA batteries for the vehicle and 2 AA batteries for the transmitter--these are not included. The controller is simple to operate using only 2 buttons to operate the vehicle. With the controller you can make the vehicle go forward or reverse using the left button and by using the right button you can make the vehicle steer left or right. The box says that the Mopar Jeep is for ages 4 and up, but I do not really think a 4 year old could operate this on their own. The controller has a range of up to 80 feet, using the antenna tubes on the antenna wires to operate the vehicle. The simplicity of this radio control vehicle would make this a good remote control vehicle for children just beginning to be interested in remote control toys.
Great entry-level RC truck
The New Bright RC 1:24 Scale Ford Raptor Radio Control Truck - Black/Red is a genuinely nice entry-level remote-controlled vehicle for any age child. My five-year-old son absolutely loves this truck. The controls are sensitive enough, but not overly sensitive, that he can control it easily when playing with it in our living room and hallways. The remote-controlled truck is solidly made as it has stood up to his constant ramming it into objects in the house and flipping it over and over so far over the last two weeks. The controller has a range of about thirty feet. I only have two complaints about this RC truck, but they are not deal breakers. The first one is that is runs on double AA batteries instead of a rechargeable battery pack. The battery life is decent though as we have gotten four to five hours of steady play out of one set of batteries. The other complaint is the antennas for the remote control. They stick out of the truck and the controller about eight inches. There are two protective tubes that come with the toy that the wires can be placed in, but these antennas seem to be the weak link of the toy. Overall though I really feel this toy truck is a great entry-level RC toy.
Fun for outside, or inside on a rainy day.
Remote control vehicles are always fun to play with regardless if your 2 or 100, boy, or girl, its just a fun pastime for the family. We have a few different remote trucks, and cars, this is our first jeep. When we cook out on the pit, sometimes we will get them out, to pass the time. The New Bright 1:24 Scale Mopar Jeep, sits high, has a nice design, and paint job on it, and stylish rims. Included in the pkg., are 2 antenna tubes, one for the jeep, and the other for the remote to help keep them stretched, so you can have more distance to travel. The wireless controller transmitter, has forward/reverse drive, and left/right steering.
The radio-controlled jeep has wheel alignment, and a range of approx 80 ft.
You will need to purchase a total 5 AA batteries, 3 for the jeep, and 2 for controller. This toy is recommended for age 6+. While I was inserting the batteries, I noticed the battery doors are kinda flimsy, and did not stay on to well, make sure they snap in place, it takes a few tries, they will stay under normal use but if you go over too many rocks, or rough terrain the door will fall off. The door on the remote is the same, grip it the wrong way, and it comes off in your hand. It's not very fast, and not really strong enough to drive in grass, it does great on flat carpet, or hard wood floors, and concrete. It's good for younger kids outside, or indoors on a rainy day.
Great for all ages!
The truck runs pretty fast with the remote control and it was a huge hit in my house considering I have four boys. It's quite small so it's a fun time for the toddlers to chase around the house. It consumes a lot of batteries and they run it out pretty quickly so be prepared and make sure that you have Large stock of batteries for this toy. Overall this is great and I would recommend this to anyone in the market looking for a toy car.
Pros: It's easy to use, the car runs really fast, it's easy to operate and fun to use for all ages.
Cons: it takes seven batteries and runs out pretty easily. After two days of use the batteries began to run out which was unfortunate.
Radio-Controlled Ford Raptor
The New Bright 1:24 Full-Function Radio-Controlled Ford Raptor honestly was a little disappointing. I was really excited to share some fun times with my grandson. When we got it all set up and started using it, it took a little bit to learn how to use the remote control unit. It has 2 controls that you use to move the Raptor forward, backwards and turning. The car itself is really fast but you have to be careful not to hit anything as it breaks easily if you do. The body of the truck is made with a thin plastic. The truck can be run indoors and outdoors which is a plus. We thought that the speed of the Raptor was great.
Honestly, if was made a little bit more durable,bI would recommend it to friends and family.
