This is not against Wal-Mart, their service was excellent and outstanding, Saitek could learn a lesson or two from WalMart as far as customer relations goes!
This negative review concerns Saitek/Mad Catz:
The Saitek X52 is a terrible product for XP systems. I should have stuck with the Thrustmaster, a much better stick, and way more cheaper too.
The X52 controls work as advertised, but if you try to program it with the built-in Profile Editor, it will crash your pc, and you get the Blue Screen of Death every time. Fatal error OS crashes are not good.
I tried to contact Mad Catz/Saitek. I submitted a ticket according to procedure 3 weeks ago, and they NEVER got back to me. That's terrible customer relations, which makes this stick a total waste of money, total junk -it's a nice-looking $90.00 paperweight now...
A real shame. I always liked Mad Catz products in the past, but now I will never buy anything MadCatz-related again.
A little bit of advice to you, Saitek/Mad Catz: get back to your customers, instead of promising to do so in an auto generated response email, and never doing so...
