I bought this product for use at work, it sits under my desk and I pedal it for approx. 10 minutes every hour. I like the fact that I'm getting a little exercise while I'm at my desk. It took a little getting used to the pedals, they have a loop to slip your foot into. Naturally, that loop is hanging upside down, so you have to twirl the pedal upright to stuff your foot into it. That was quite a trick at the beginning, and I'm not that old. I would have preferred regular bicycle pedals. I have now mastered that skill, so it's not such an issue. I do like that the product is adjustable, I'm able to set the tension of the pedals to what works best for me. Warning - People with longer legs might hit their knees on the bottom of their desks while using it. It's also a little challenging to stay in place with a rolling desk chair, but it makes things interesting. I'm enjoying the purchase, it works as well as I'd hoped it would.
I'd recommend it to people who are looking for ways to exercise while at work.
