I bought this miniseries for my husband. He had seen it years ago and loved it, and it was directed by the same person as two of my favorite miniseries (Rose Red and Kingdom Hospital, which I also highly recommend) so I thought we'd give it a shot. It arrived quickly and played perfectly. The show itself was fantastic, although left a lot of questions to be answered- SyFy intended to turn it into a show, but the funding never panned out. I don't feel this is annoying, however; it just allows the viewer to come to their own conclusions. We had fun discussing the possibilities. The only complaint I have is that the dvd menu is messed up- the play all feature doesn't work, there's a random bulletin point with no label that doesn't do anything, some of the points just send you back to the ads with no warning...but once you figure out how to get it to play, it works great. Definitely worth the money, I feel.
