Everybody should have an Instant Pot
This is perfect size for one person. I cannot live without it. I can make a pot of chili just enough for a few meals for me. I can bake potatoes (best baked potato ever)...I've used the saute function to cook pork medallions after baking potatoes. Well worth the price in every way. Easy to clean too.
Hard to teach an old dog new tricks. HA!
Nice pot. To completed for mr 75 yes now. I returned it with no problem. My daughter got one also and she loves it uses it a lot.
Amazing little guy!
Amazing kitchen equipment! The only downfall, not enough recipes for the small size 3L.
I've only used the pressure cooking setting on this, and it works pretty well.
You need this
Easy to use, multiple uses, easy to clean.
we have a big one this is just right
bought this as a gift for our daughter and she uses it all the time.
The delivery was quick, the Instant Pot is good, only one thing I have to criticize the pot: if I foget to adjust the pressure valve to the right position, I would be in the hot water: the cooking would be in truble, and I need to spend a lot of time to clean the pot. I suject that the manufacturer to do something about this issue, for example, an alarm beep.
Works great. It has replaced many of my stove cooked recipies. Love it.
Ordered wrong thing
It was not what I wanted.
Good size for travel trailer
I like the small footprint it has in my travel trailer as opposed to the 8qt we took on our last trip. Pictured is four cups of cooked short grain brown rice.
Great customer service and a noce product
It is a nice product and I am extremely satisfied with the customer service.
I would buy this again again
Love it use to make everything
Really like my inst-pot. I made chili with it and it was so good and the very lean ground beef was super tender.. My husband has cooked hard boiled eggs in it and the turned out great. I plan to cook a pork roast i it this coming week and a pot roast soon after that.
Fast and convenient
Got this for Christmas for myself in 2018 and didn't use it. It got lost amongst the other random kitchen gadgets I don't use. Well about a month ago I dragged it out and have been using it AT LEAST twice a week. I would use it more but since I work 12-14 hour shifts I am able to make enough so I have leftovers. I only wish they had these in multiple colors lol. Highly recommend!!
There is no measurement on the inside wall of the pot so it's hard to control the amount of water to put in with the rice; secondly, I have to look underneath the pot lid every single time when I close the lid, as only a certain side would match to close the lid, making it very hard to do the most basic thing in cooking; it makes a huge mass (too much steam and white liquid all over the place) with a simple rice cooking, making it extra hard to clean up afterwards. I'm not exaggerating at all. Every time after cooking the rice, it looks like a volcano eruption!
Small meals, veggies..how do I get a replacement replacement valve for 6 quart? Just noticed it's missing!
So far I have only cooked rice on this, and it cooked it for half the time I normally would cook it for. I will update this review when I have more information.
I know people rave about the instant Pot. However, I found it cumbersome and had to follow. I ended up returning it and getting a rice cooker. Maybe good for someone who like to make different things. For me it just didn't seem easier.
LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. Got my daughter one and she LOVES hers too. I am so happy with mine, I say that EVERY WOMAN AND EVERY KITCHEN MUST HAVE ONE. About like the microwave, you have to have one.
