Seems good - Great price - $298 on sale
Just set it up and used it for the first time. Seems pretty good. A little bit of a pain to get the base on. See the pic I added. After 20 minutes trying to get the holes to line up I figured out by loosening this screw a little bit made it much easier to line up the holes. Also - the machine is locked unless you sign up for this I-Fit thing (which stinks that they would force you do sign up for something like that). All you need to do is press the blue tooth button for 30 seconds and it will bypass the requirement to signup for I-Fit.

DO NOT BUY!
The treadmill was so badly fabricated that it was impossible to assemble. The screw holes in the bottom frame were drilled so that they could not be aligned with the deck assembly. That coupled with the necessity to go through a third party to activate the machine did it for me. I bought a Weslo treadmill several years ago and and got years of trouble free performance. Not long ago I purchased a Weslo inclined stepper and the frame broke the first time I used it. I hoped the quality control had improved but obviously it has gotten worse. I returned the defective treadmill the day it arrived and ordered a competitive brands product.

Very happy with my treadmill!

Verified purchase

I wanted a basic treadmill just to create the habit of walking every day, I didn't want a lot of features because I am a skinny lady over 50 years old and just need to walk every day. I ordered the treadmill from Walmart and I was supposed to pick it up in the store within a month (probably due to the Pandemic), but I received it at home in a week! And I got free shipping!! My son put it together for me and it was pretty easy for him with the help of another person to hold some parts, but the screws that hold the safety bolt on the side didn't fit in the holes. He had to make the holes bigger, so the screws fit properly. Since I had read some reviews, I knew how to activate it with the Bluetooth button and not pay the activation fee. All you need to do is hold the Bluetooth button down for 30 seconds to activate it. It was much larger than I was anticipating, but still fits behind my living room door (I don't have enough space in my condo). It is quiet enough that my husband can sleep in the other room. I have been using it 40 minutes every day, 6 days per week, for more than a month and I'm very happy with it. The only reason why I would give 4.5 stars is because of the issue with the holes to screw the bolt, but I can't give 1/2 star, so I'm giving 5.

I like but had to look up how to get it going.

Verified purchase

It was a little bit of a challenge to assemble. The base holes didn't want to line up well. That being said, all it took was seeing how someone else dealt with it on youtube and it was together. I didn't like that it isn't made clear you need to hold the Bluetooth button for 30 seconds to override the ifit feature and use it manually. Once I found that answer online, I was happy. I don't want to sign up for ifit. The instructions should make it more clear that you don't have to. Once that was figured out, I tested it. It is well worth the price. Great quality, very user friendly the rest of the way. I would recommend it but I would be sure to make clear how to get it into manual mode.

Great start!

This was perfect for what I needed! It goes pretty fast for someone thats getting back to running. The belt kinda pauses at a slow pace but its nothing that I cant ignore. No issues at a faster pace. Its great if you’re just starting out. It’s compact but I still have room. Not a small human here. I love it.

Good purchase but buyer beware

The treadmill is a good buy but beware that you may run into issues putting it together if you try this by yourself. It should have only taken 10-20 minutes but the base can be very hard to get on because you need extra weight to get it to line up. You may need to prop the ends of the treadmill on styrofoam block and thick cardboard packing pieces to assist in putting the base on. Other than that it was packed well and the treadmill was $200 less on Walmart's website than anywhere else.

It works for me!

I bought this treadmill from Walmart online and was delivered in 2 days. It is a little bigger than I expected but it is solid and it works well. I assembled it myself ( FYI I am a short woman in my sixties). It took a little longer and a lot of determination to put it together. I did not sign up for the iFit because it requires a monthly subscription of $15. I just use the red key for the basic program, it does not have any of the features of the iFit, this is all I need anyway. It was a bit challenging to Activate the treadmill and its features but after following the instructions which are not very clear and checking online for comments, I was able to figure it out. I pressed on Bluetooth for a few seconds with the red key in place to activate.

Budget Friendly treademill machine

Verified purchase

It was pretty easy to set up. Came in a nice accident proof box. I was able to pull it inside the house by myself. Was able to log in by holding down the bluetooth button for 30 secs and got machine working. The frame and buttons are very well built and it does the job. j Im satisfied for the machine. It was budget friendly and isn't too bulk

Perfect size treadmill

Verified purchase

Perfect size treadmill, not bulky. I use it the morning while watching the news. A little squeaky, no big deal. Great for runners, perfect for walkers. The speed is 1 thru 10 for walkers suggest after you hit the start button, hit number 1 or 2 and use the plus sign to gradually increase speed. Number 3 onward is fast and for runners. I need to check my manual as the digital display is clear but it doesn't light up. Other than that, i luv it! It took 30 minutes to put together. Gave it 4 because the digital display don't light up, maybe it's something we overlooked.

Average treadmill if all you want to do is walk

Verified purchase

I put this item together alone and it was difficult for me. Once I finally figured out the initial setup, I realized the wires on the console base were bent and had to wait for a new part to come in. Icon Fitness customer service was very helpful and responsive so that was a relief. After waiting for the new part, finishing the setup and finally getting the treadmill to work, it squeaks horribly and shakes after going over a certain mileage (a fast walking pace). Maybe I'm too big for it?? Works fine for a slow walking machine but becomes very noisy if you want to start jogging, which I do. That's the reason for 3 stars.

It almost hit my wife.

Verified purchase

Mechanically it works fine. However the storage latch screws broke off while in the upright position. This is a major safety concern as my wife was almost hit by the treadmill.

Excellent treadmill

Verified purchase

This is a great treadmill at a great price. My husband and I assembled it in about 15 minutes, there is not much to assemble. You could do it with one person but helpful to have two. We were able to bypass the "I-Fit Activation" easily. My husband uses it for running and I use it for walking. It is well made, easy to use and well worth the money.

Absolutely LOVE it

I'm 5'3 and weigh 155 lbs I was able to drag the box into my home and completely set it up successfully on my own. I connected the iFit app onto the treadmill and I absolutely LOVE it! I truly didn't want to stop! Lol Easy setup, no issues or complications at all from delivery to setting it up and using it! I love it! I will be on it everyday! I highly recommend this product! - Happy Customer.

Hi Stephanie, thanks for your comments and review. I'm glad you were able to get it setup on your own(we do recommend two people for safety). Using iFit really is fun and takes any monotony out of exercising when you can workout in beautiful locations around the world with a trainer. Good luck to you on reaching your fitness goals!

Good machine for walking

I bought this treadmill since I don't trust going back to the gym with the threat of COVID19. I ordered it and it was delivered to my door within a week. The box was seriously beat-up upon delivery but the machine was ok. The box was super HEAVY!! The only problems I had setting it up was when attaching the bar (with wheels) that allows you to fold and roll the machine. The screw holes weren't aligned and it took my husband and I about 20 minutes of struggling to finally realize we had to loosen the screw on the upright support to be able to attach the bar. Other than that, I put the machine together alone. One other helpful hint I found from reviews on this site was to realize that you don't have to register the machine to be able to use it. The paperwork says to register before using it as if you HAVE to but all you need to do is hold the Bluetooth button down for about 30 seconds and the machine will work just fine. One other small first world problem I have is, although the machine is very sturdy, the handrails seem extremely close together. It could just be my wild arm swinging or the fact that I like to walk close to the front of the machine but I keep hitting my arm or my watch on the handrails. Not much I can do about that except move back but thought I'd mention it. I bought a treadmill pad to place under the machine since I wanted to protect the floor and that works like a charm. The machine is fairly noisy but most treadmills are. This one isn't any nosier than others though. The machine is very sturdy. I weigh 230 pounds and the machine gives a little shimmy while walking but nothing serious while walking on it. It feels firm and secure. I will note that the belt seems to bind every now and then and slow down sometimes at slower speeds. I bought it strictly to walk and not run so I can't rate how it works while running. The display isn't back lit but I can live with that based on where it's located in my house. Also, the display and controls are pretty basic but it scrolls through calories, speed, distance and time. So everything most will need. You can't enter your weight so I guess the calories are based on a standard weight not mentioned in the manual. Finally, the mechanism which holds the machine while it's folded is a little janky and doesn't feel secure. I used it a couple of times to test it and wouldn't trust it. I'd recommend trying to find something else that might hold the belt when folded because the attachment is a little puny, isn't solid and gives a little (bows out) from the weight of the belt (which is heavy). I have mine in a spot where I don't need to move or fold it but I thought it was important to mention that detail. It might be ok and not fall but I wouldn't trust it if I had small kids in the house.

Weslo warranty system is a pack of lies

Weslo warranty system is a pack of lies. completely misleading customer. It shows on walmart website that Weslo machines has one year warranty but i came to know by calling Weslo that my machine has only 3 month warranty. I will never buy any Weslo product.

Basic. Does not meet expectations of a Treadmill.

Verified purchase

Very basic features, cannot elevate, motor seems to struggle carrying my weight, and I weigh not more than 210 lbs. However the main reason I am giving 1 star is because the packaging was all torn from all sides and used - not what I would expect if I paid full price for a new product.

Good treadmill

Verified purchase

It's a good treadmill and I really do enjoy it, only thing I don't like is it is on a permanent incline of like a 1 or 2, so if u want a 0 incline treadmill don't order this one, but it really does give u a good cardiovascular workout. And I didn't like how I had to sign up for a trial to start the treadmill, I thought that was awful.

Great product, don't get shipped to home.

I had one like this years ago and it lasted a long time, so I bought another one just like it. I got it delivered to my house though, which was a mistake because it was cracked. I had to return it to walmart for a refund. I'll have to reorder it and get it shipped to store. I do recommend getting it SHIPPED TO STORE.

The treadmill is sturdy and I love the the fit app but you can't actually use your treadmill until you activate the fit app. The belt can be a little wider and it's a little loud but overall it works well. It did take 2 of us to assembly it though. I've had for 2 weeks now and use it once day, I fold it up when I'm done so i green up the space again. So far no complaints.
