I've purchased several air beds. Most of the time, they end up with a pin-sized hole (from who knows what) and I have to replace them. I usually don't spend a lot on them, so it's not too much of a pain. I saw this one, which was a bit more expensive than the other ones, but I thought that expensive meant better. It's ok. It is a bit firm like most of the other reviews, but I can live with that. I don't have a problem with pin-holes, so I can live with that. What aggrivates me to NO end is the fact that the valve to let the air out will NOT stay closed. I push it in, it pops out, or manages to stay partially in, and if you get anywhere near it, or bump it accidentally, it pops out again. If you sit on it, near that area, it pops out again. I've even tried to duct tape the blasted thing down. You guessed it, it popped back out again. So therefore, I'm always fooling with it, and having to put more air in. Sometimes the air seeps out slowly, even when it looks like the plug is in, so when you get ready to lay on it, you have a big surprise. I've had many airbeds, and even the cheapest ones have a better valve on them. I would rate this bed as excellent if they could just do something about this blasted valve!!!
