Great, Respectful, Ending to the Skywalker Saga.
I think this film was a proper send off to the Skywalk mythos and to the wonderful actress Carrie Fisher. I would still love to see more star wars films in the future, but ending the Skywalker story properly was the right call. Maybe future films can focus on some of the families of the lesser characters. I'm sure Lando and Han probably have some illegitimate children running around. Lol
Start Wars: Episode IX: Rise of Skywalker
I have been a Start Wats fan from the beginning. I was unable to see it on the theater, so I was very glad to receive the last of this saga. I enjoyed it very much.
Need to be a real Star Wars fan.
If you are a real Star Wars fan, than you will like it. You need to follow the entire series before you can understand what is going on.
you will need to watch the previous episodes but they all tied together good, my family enjoyed the movies
thank you for sending it quickly. This was for my Down's Syndrome son, who is furloughed from his job and just sitting at home. He loves Star wars series.
Added to my husbands collection. He was happy with it.
Rent it or nexflic
good movie, bought it to add to existing series. too long, nothing new added, story the same. Carrie Fisher's "performance" was creepy.
I only bought this to complete the collection
I only bought this to complete the collection. J. J. Abrams, in my opinion, destroyed the Star Trek and Star Wars genre.
Not a bad end to the saga, but not great either
I think part of the issue with tying up the saga was too many story lines in the final two films. They set up plots involving characters in the next to last movie that were totally abandoned in this one in an effort to bring the focus back to Rey. While the characters were still interesting some of the material seemed recycled from the original films. The reveal of who Rey's parents were seemed off and not something eluded to before. Also, the whole Ben and Rey thing seemed weird considering she had more chemistry with Finn. The addition of Billy D. Williams was a treat for fans, but his character was underutilized and just there for nostalgia. I think the original films and even the prequels (though not my favorite) stayed true to the narrative of what Star Wars is rather than this one meant to be the end all of the story. But if you have the franchise you have to get it.
Death By Disney. LET IT BE!!!
When You Thought Disney Can NOT DO ANY WORSE, they Let Their 3 Year Old Sum Up The Major Deal George Lucas Gave Us When He Flushed All His Fans Into The Sesspool Of Disneys Sewers With Their Dirty Diapers!!! I Knew Better Than To Waste My MONEY!!!
my son is a hug fan of star wars n loves the movie
May the Force be with You! End of saga.
Nice movie! Tried to do a lot for one movie. Love the special effects. Ending was a surprise, kind of.
It's a little outdated. Needs better flying machines. Story was kind of wimpy. It was something to watch during a quarantine. There is nothing on TV.
Go, Rae, Go! Rae all the way!
This last Star Wars DVD was not a disappointment! Hoping that maybe, just maybe, a sequel will follow with Rae as the main character again.
If you're a Star Wars Fan, you'll LOVE this movie!
There was a lot of action in this movie (like the original three)! It had a good storyline with a good surprise at the end. Enjoyed it immensely!
If you are a true Star Wars fan this movie is the perfect ending to the franchise.
