This book has 21 pages that start with "Sometimes I feel". Many continue with listing an activity, "like dressing up" or "like staying in the bathtub all day." The pages without "like" say "Sometimes I feel" silly, scared, lonely, brave, and cranky. It doesn't make any suggestions about how to deal with how you feel, except to say, on the last page, that you should share how you feel with someone you love. So it's a decent starting place for conversations, but not too much more.
