Cloud Printing Not Ready for Sale; Google Blows It 7/7/2014

Received unit quick, it looked good, started & shuts down quick. But even with multiple
calls for Tech Support from HP and Canon, (whose "Cloudy Ready" printer I was forced
to buy-- so we could print "easily" with just this computer and not also having to have a second
computer running that was also set up for this printer); or so the Google instructions assured us--
ultimately the whole purchase was a waste and in vain. Even with over ten hours of phone calls and several "wrong department" apologies; in same night calling two different Technical Service Experts told me they had "no idea" how to make Google Cloud Printing work. And neither they or anybody else we talked to and asked; could or would give us phone number of any live Cloud Printing Expert" from Google!! Am forced to return this and write off the time and experience. My wife is insisting we get a different notebook that runs Windows and the real Office programs and actually prints wirelessly
or with cable just like Any Notebook should be able to-- especially one with both USB, Bluetooth
and Ethernet ports! Google's apparent lack of concern for its ultimate Users and Customers Will
Catch Up with them and suspect they will pay severely with Lost Sales.
