We received our dining set in March and after close inspection during delivery realized the table was damaged on one corner during shipment. My husband called customer service and we were credited $40 since we didn't want to wait for another table to be shipped. After some light sanding and spray paint, it's barely noticeable. This set is spacious enough for eight people without being obstructive. Our set is positioned on our patio under a 12x12 gazebo and allows access to our sideboard and cooler cart. The table width is sufficient for square place settings but a sideboard will provide both storage and a place for serving dishes. It does have a cutout that can be used if you choose to add an umbrella and a cover cap that can be concealed under a candle holder or vase. The tempered glass allows the checkerboard pattern of the table top, which is also on the back of the chairs to add a little design interest to a neutral color palette. Under our gazebo, it is reminiscent of a piece a person would see in a Tuscan garden or at a French château, and in my opinion coordinates well in that theme and decor. The fabric is a creamy white color with contrasting black piping which gives it a luxurious look and the cushions are comfortable during a long dinner. Our only issues so far are that the table wobbles somewhat due to the curvature of the slim legs and lack of proper reinforcement below to support it, which would impede on leg space. The cushions being white make maintaining their clean appearance difficult. The glass is a burden to maintain as well being that dust and fingerprints are quite obvious in the sun. It does however have the appearance of being much more expensive and we have received many compliments from our neighbors. Overall we are satisfied with this set and with proper maintenance should last years before needing to be replaced.
