I wouldn't even give this phone 1 star if I didn't have to...from the first day this phone was activated, it started freezing and restarting multiple times a day. Contacted straight talk and went through days of having to try multiple tests on the phone, which included erasing everything from the phone... finally they sent me a replacement, just for the exact same thing to happen the very first day of having the new phone. Contacted straight talk AGAIN and they refuse to send me a different kind of phone, only the same s4 again. I stated why send me the same phone when the second one is acting up the exact same way the first one did...after literally days of trying to get them to send me a different kind of phone, I gave up. Customer service is horrible. You will never reach someone who can speak clear English. I will never recommend this phone or straight talk!!!!
