We opened Santa's present, Swapforce, plugged it in and the portal wouldn't recognize the system. Fail! We had to go back to customer service and stand in line, again. Speaking of customer service. Why on earth would you make a customer that ordered site to store stand in the customer service line? That is so painful. The whole reason for shopping online is convenience. I tried to ship the item home but that wasn't an option. Why? That makes no sense. And to then go to the store and have to stand in the customer service line is punishment. Next year, with all of Wal-Mart's resources, you should consider having a separate line or area for customers to pick up site to store. Finally, after standing in line, again, we were able to 'swap' out the bad unit for one that works. The boys are thrilled. The parents, not so much.
