I love the book! Very easy to follow with a large variation of foods to choose from. Dr. Ian breaks down each phase of the plan and offers menu suggestions to follow. I would definitely recommend this book to a friend and other buyers looking to lose weight! Absolutely nothing boring about this diet plan - love it. I'm going on week 3 and I have lost 14.5 lbs.!
This book is a wonderful go to book to help you lose weight.
Dr Ian makes this so easy to follow. It basically changes your thought on when and what to eat to achieve weight lost. Most of what you eat is in your kitchen. Easy Breezy!
A must read if you want to shred pounds to live longer in Jesus Christ.

This is working for me and it is healthy. I needed to kickstart my metabolism and I feel great and have high expectations. Makes sense and I am losing weight, more energy and feel better all around.

This is my first review ever! I had to share how much my husband and I love the super shred book! Its easy to follow and works like a charm. I lost 10 lbs. in 2 weeks and 25 lbs. in 4 weeks. Of course my husband lost way more weight than I did and he wasn't as faithful and I was. My co-workers and boss watched the lbs. melt off in aww! Love, love, love this book!!

This is a simple, sensible diet plan. Easy to follow and very effective. So glad I found this book.
Some of the instructions in the book are very hard to follow....I lost interest
