Santa brought 2 of these to our house on Christmas morning. One for each of our kids. The set up was really complicated but once I figured out how to do it and navigate the parent portal and the google store I was ok with it. Then the first crash happened. I attempted to contact customer service and got NOTHING. Then after 3 days of trying to reach someone I did finally get a real live person...but wait, I could not understand a word a he said and he had a scripted response and told me to reset the tablet and then reload the "preloaded" content through an app on the tablet. Great...I can do that easy enough...NOT! It was complicated and all afternoon while my kids whined and cried about it. (both of our meeps have done this many times) Then only the pre loaded content would come up. So I had to go back through and add every other app only problem is the parent portal was not working through the meep server and there for I could not open the google store on the meep. Then when it finally did reopen it would not let me install anything bc now the google option was not working right...days of this stuff. So my kids learned to just be happy with the pre-loaded content. Now every day or every other day one or both of the meeps are completely blank! EVERY game and app is gone and I have to reset and reload everything again EVERY DAY OR TWO! and it takes ALL day to do that. LUCKILY santa got insurance on these and they went back. We are going to spend the extra 30.00 and get our kids each a Samsung Tab 2.
