I recently needed a new controller after a TERRIBLE experience with Power A that lasted months to get a controller back that had to be sent off. After I parted ways with that sad excuse for a controller I decided I'd spend a bit more and stick with first-party gear from now on. As a military enthusiast I was drawn to this color, who wants plain black or white? And with the new thumb-stick design this was a no-brainer. The inset analog sticks feel better on the thumbs, the controller is snappy and very responsive, and the textured feel of the controller helps maintain grip and keeps the controller comfortable in long gaming sessions. The only cons I have with the controller are the price (I don't mind paying extra for quality, but with the age of the 360 and the Xbox One being out now, you'd think they could back down a bit on mark-up) and the fact that it seems like with the new texture of the controller my hands seem to sweat a little bit more, though nothing so bad as to be a hindrance. What are you still reading for? If you're in the market for a new controller you should be adding this to your cart already.
