I'm 19 years old, and this book is really helping me out. I have tried tons of diets, but I either lost no weight or I gained it all back. It's been a month exactly since I read this book and I've already lost 13 pounds. The best part about it, IT'S NOT A DIET! It just teaches you ways to live better and to not go back to your old bad eating habits. If you buy this book and read it, you will not regret it.
