The "Intelli-Time" clock is supposed to provide the correct time and date with no setup required except the time zone and to be sure Daylight Saving is On or Off. When I first got it, the date was right, but the time was a couple of minutes fast. I thought maybe it needed some time to adjust so I left it alone. After several days, it actually GAINED several minutes. I thought maybe I had accidentally hit the Up button during initial setup so I went ahead and manually set to the correct time. Well, a few days later, it had gained again. THEN I decided to wait for the 14 Day Learning Mode to finish. My understanding is that clock/date are not associated with the sensor, but a built in function so this was a just-in-case, last ditch effort. Sooooo, 20 days later and the clock is now 7 minutes fast (since the reset one week in). It's a shame because the other features seem to work well. With the exception of the obvious--clock doesn't work--the one drawback is that the time and date displays are very small. I have very good far vision and have to get within 3 - 4 ft in order to read it the (wrong!) time and even closer to see the date. Temp and humidity numbers are easily read across the room.
