I decided to try this color. I have colored my hair for years and had no problem. None. Nada. For those saying the bad reviews didn't know what they were doing, I'm not sure what else I could have done with the problems I had. The top of my head was an awesome Crimson color, but the rest was darker. In the sunlight, you could see a lot more red. The color would have been more vibrant if I had bleached it, but I wasn't willing to risk bleaching it myself. For those of you with positive reviews, good for you! But please tell me what the averag
