This is the first yoga video I've ever done or owned before, and I really liked it. It was to the point and easy for me to follow, even though I was a first-time yogini (I think that's how you say it). When I first finished this workout, I was surprised at how hard I had worked (I was drenched with sweat), but I also felt very relaxed. I looked up the estimated calories I had burned at my weight, and it was around 300! And I also like the quick pilates ab workout at the end of the video. I own some Winsor Pilates videos, but I liked the pilates on this video better. So I'll probably buy the MTV pilates video next.
