It was everything I expected and Walmart made activation easy but unfortunately, the iPhone battery was completely drained or never charged, ever. I have bought lots of cell phones and they always come with at least a half charge. It meets my demands but my tough luck that I only get one or two bars where I live. I had a Straight Talk cell phone that received the same bars, so I got what I had before. It didn't come with Facebook, Twitter and those standard must have apps. When you plug-in to iTunes, it asks right away to upgrade to the 7.0 operating system from the 6.0 it comes with. I didn't, as I wanted to see how well it performs, as is. I googled iPhone 4 and others weighed in that the upgrade slows down things. Maybe 20% had success but about 80% said they wished they'd never upgraded. I'm afraid to. Being this is a new toy, I love it for it's user friendliness and play with it, a lot. I almost lose all battery by the end of each day and must charge it without fail. Darn!
