When I first got the system I had no complaints on customer service actually it was excellent.
And had the system for about three years. Had an incident could not receive on my cell phone call customer service. And got no service send me e-mail. Not good . Call Corporate customer service.
And they said it was their policy. My only assumption is they sold out or do not care anymore.
Because of this attitude right now they probably will not be in business for long.
If I was replaced this unit I would not buy it from Q see. I would look for a company that had a better customer service and one that cared.
Just an opinion I could be wrong
