Great value & affordable for body weight training
This was a very specific purchase for all three types of body weight exercises I already do. This three in one exercise station is easy and quick to maneuver and use. It is 7 foot tall with a narrow width. I am 5'3" and 120 pounds and the Power Tower is stable for dips, leg raises, and pull ups. It took me approximately an hour and a half to completely assemble it. It is approximate 75 pounds and easy move. I have used every day since the day that I had assembled it. This had simplified my exercise routine and made it more intense since I was already looking for ways to make my dips, pull ups, and leg raises more effective.
Power Tower - mostly ok
This is a good product and I will not rehash all of the positive reviews already listed. Above I said I would recommend it to friend but I would be clear on the following. The one downside is that strict form is required when doing pull-ups or the front of the machine lifts off the floor and there is a risk of tipping over. This can be alleviated by placing weights on the front legs (or, the manufacturer (engineers) could lengthen the base legs by an additional 6 - 12 inches past where the pullup bar is located). As an engineer it is a little crazy that this oversight was missed.
