First off it took over an hr to put it together... really??... and then after I put it together I was too aggrevated with it to even use it that evening... so I decided I would do so the next day .. I got the laundry all sorted into the three hampers... and pushed it from my bedroom into my laundry room... and its so flimsy it wont even roll without being horribly slanted... mind you I only had 5 pair jeans and five tee shirts in one basket.. 6 towels and washcloths in the middle basket one set of sheets in the third basket.. so it was not overloaded by any means and each basket was less than half full... I thought maybe I didn't tighten the screws enough so I retightened every single screw... so tight that the metal tubing began to be distorted by the pressure.. still couldn't push the thing down the hallway without it leaning horribly to one side.... so if you don't mind spending a couple of hrs putting something together that cant even be used once before its totally unfunctional then by all means buy this... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED that I spent 30 bucks for a something that didn't last ten mins. better homes and gardens endorsed piece of junk. I will however give the company kudos for sending an allen wrench with the parts to put it together..not everyone has those kinds of tools lying around the house. also the canvas rubber backed basket part was pretty sturdy even though the frame was junk....
I purchased this as a way of organizing my laundry room; however, what I received was a piece of junk. I spent $41 (including taxes) and was very disappointed in the quality of this product. I assumed because it was from Better Homes and Gardens and was the most expensive sorter at the store that meant "quality." Assembly was not difficult, but if you tighten the screws to much the poles became distorted and bent. The only good thing about this sorter were the three bags. They were absolutely GREAT, if only the frame was like that. I returned it for a full refund and would not recommend this product to anyone. The great thing about Wal-Mart is their no hassle return policy. I was a little concerned when I returned it since most of the poles were distorted and I couldn't remove the wheels after putting them on, but they just gave me my money back. I guess a lot of people may have returned it too.
