For beginners, this is a fabulous video by one of the leading senior exercise celebrities.

This is an excellent yoga video...I especially like the modified version of poses, that help someone trying out this form of exercise for the first time.
The exercise routines on this DVD are relatively short and simple. They are well suited for older persons who want to stretch and tone but don't want to have days of sore muscles afterward. The user can vary the intensity of the exercises as fitness increases.
This DVD is great for anyone with arthritis or any type of physical issues which might prevent them from performing exercises that would otherwise cause increase pain and tension. I highly recommend this dvd workout for people who are more mature in age. I am one of those people.
The instructions are good and the workout time is appropriate with an option to work out for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
The balance one is great too! Overall a very useful exercise program.
Great for balance, flexibility and stretching...most of which I needed to maintain or regain.
Good Yoga exercise for young seniors!
I was disappointed that it wasnt more of a true yoga dvd.There's yoga in it but it also includes isometrics and other exercises. I wanted something more along the lines of the mind/spirit connection.
Jane Fonda looks fabulous for someone in her 70s! This is a video that is wonderful for older women like me.
