Great Product; even Greater Company to deal with
I purchased the Teeter EP970 about a month ago. I'm hoping it will help me with symptoms of spinal stenosis (numbness in both legs with prolonged standing). I believe it was starting to help, as the symptoms were taking longer to occur after a period of standing or walking.
However, the ankle assembly was hurting my ankles too much after only about 5 minutes of inversion. I called the company and they very kindly worked with me to change out the ankle lock assembly for the hang-up boots. What a difference! I've been able to greatly increase my inversion time, and I'm noticing even further improvement in my ability to stand and walk for longer periods, without the symptoms recurring.
Can't live without them
I bought my first pair about six years ago after throwing my back out doing sit ups. I have been using them to hang almost every day since then and not only have I not had a single back problem but my posture has improved dramatically. After six years of daily use my first pair broke. No hesitation in buying a second pair. These are essential to my life now. Worth every penny and then some.
Upgrade that's worth it.
The boots are a lot more gentle on my ankles allowing me to hang more comfortably and for longer periods of time. Glad I made the purchase, because I had stopped using the inversion table for a long time due to joint pain in my ankle that was caused by the ankle cuffs that came with my table.
The gravity boots are great!
The ankle claps that came with my table were really hurting my feet. So I got the gravity boots and they don't hurt and allow me to hang a lot longer.
Worth every cent.
I have had these for some time now and find them to be much more comfortable that the original equipment. These are so much easier on the ankles so I use my teeter much more often.
EZ-Up Gravity Boots
A nice upgrade to the Inversion table. I find the gravity boots to be more comfortable than the original equipment, especially when inverting for extended time periods.
was exactly what I was looking for since I have an older model
Super comfortable gravity boots
I have had my EZ up gravity boots for about 1 month. I typically hang 3-4 minutes at a time several times per week. The boots a very comfortable and well made. I like the ability to micro adjust the tightness of the fit. I have narrow calves but a thick ankle and high instep. I am able to adjust the boot fit to work best for my anatomy.
Nice item. Works as advertised. buckles could be a little better but overall very glad we purchased
These boots are quality boots and for sure took the pressure off of my feet. They did however add stress to my calves. Don't think I can continue to use them but they may work for most people.
Amazing results and easy to use!
I purchased this a few weeks ago. I have a thoracic herniated disc that has been causing me tremendous pain. The Teeter has been the only consistent thing that has helped relieved the pressure in my back. Id definitely recommend this product to anyone having back pain.
Gravity boots are saving my ankles!
I bought my teeter with gravity boots add on recently due to the strain that my conventional inversion table was putting on my feet and ankles . It has made a world of difference!
Don't know what I'm doing wrong!
I'm not sure what everyone else sees in these! Hard to get on by yourself. I have skinny to normal calves and they pinch my leg in the overlap. The wife has bigger legs so we got the XLs and she says she don't like them. I tried to use because the way the ankle holders hurt my feet. I guess I'm out a ton of money because nothing is working for me. I completely hate the design of these! As for my back it's much better, but now it's just going to be a conversation piece.
Good but could be better
The boots allow my knees to bend which makes sit ups and reverse leg squats more comfortable. However, the base of the boots still put a fair amount of pressure on the top of my feet. The boots would be more comfortable if there was a plate that over the top of the foot to distribute the pressure over a wider portion of each foot.
my bare feet
I purchased this set to be used with my Teeter Hangup 560. Although, it is suggested to have shoes and socks on when using a Teeter, I prefer bare feet. I have skinny ankles and the standard feet lock on the Teeter was a bit uncomfortable. I purchased this set and am very happy with the Gravity Boots. I wear socks, just so the foam rubber does not pull on my leg hairs. I like the comfort of no shoes better than with. I fully convert and do my own set of exercises while I am.
Give your spine some love.
Stretches and decompresses your spine nicely. It has helped me with my lower back pain.
I bought this product a month ago and it helped the ankle/foot pain tremendously when fully inverted.
So comfortable and stable!
After trying to do the inverted exercises with the quick release setup didn't have the stability I needed for my ankles. These are great and add extra support for the ankle/feet so not all your weight is put on your foot.
These are easy to use and comfortable on the ankles and feet.
these are the best hang up boots
bought these boots to replace a pair that someone used incorrectly and broke the buckles, been using teeter products over 20 years
