This book is not what I expected from Atkins. I ordered it despite reviews online saying that it wasn't very helpful, I could do as much on blank notebook paper.
This workbook is a great companion to the New Atkins for a New You book. It helps keep you on track as you are learning a new lifestyle. A must-have for anyone who is serious about changing the way they eat and chaning their life.
