I've had this for approximately 2 weeks, worked right out of the box. Speed is fantastic. I carry it to work and check my mail during down time. Each day I find another feature and apps. I purchased a TF300 Keyboard which works excellent.
I purchased the Galaxy Note 10.1 before this and returned it as soon as I saw this. The quality of this tablet is excellent, very sturdy brushed aluminum back. If this had the S-Pen that the Galaxy Note had it would be Perfect. My only complaint is that there is only one speaker on the back, but it is sufficient enough for playing games. I have had a few tablets and had them all rooted, by far this is the easiest one of them to root. I had this rooted in about 5 minutes with no problems at all. I can pair my wii controller with it no problem using wiimote from the app store. I installed the game Bards Tale and ran it at the highest settings possible, and it ran very smooth and fast with no slowdown at all. I would recommend this over the Galaxy Note 10.1 it is a much faster and better built tablet plus it has 32 gigabytes of space vs the 16 gigabytes, and an eight megapixle camera.
The tablet is fast and the Android software is extremely effecient. The layout of the tablet itself makes it easy to use. There is a lot of free and inexpensive software available. That is one of the reasons I purchased the tablet in the first place. Who does not like free? It has a very good wifi function and the GPS is great as well. I purchased the dock (keyboard) with the unit and I highly recommend that you get it with the tablet because it not only gives you a keyboard but it also gives you a USB and SD port in addition to the micro SD port in the tablet. The only drawback that I can see is that it does not easily network with my Microsoft network so that I can print to my network attached printer. There are work arounds for this but it means changing the configuration of my network. All things considered, if you are looking for a great tablet this one fills the bill.
