This crust is very good and easy. Pizza is a tough prospect for someone who has to do it without gluten. This bread is the easiest way for me to have a pizza without having to mix it up myself and try to spread out a crust made without gluten. This tastes good and is by far the easiest gluten free pizza I've ever made.
This is a fast solution if you want a good gluten free pizza. Has a somewhat chewy texture, but is still tasty. It does not have any real nutritional value, but what prepared pizza crust does? Sometimes you just want pizza!
While these might be a god-send for the average gluten-free person I can't see wasting 400 calories on a food that gives NO nutritional value what-so-ever. I took them back, next time I will pay better attention to the ingredients.
