I purchased this bag mostly because it was airport checkpoint friendly. It is that. However the workmanship on this bag is poor. The zipper for the computer department broke and will not work. Although there is a compartment for your iPad, there is no room for any kind of case you might use for your iPad. The lower zipper compartments are too small to fit anything. I tried contacting eBags for help with the broken zipper since the bag carried a 2 year warranty. Here is the answer I received: "Although all unused or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged for a prompt refund or exchange within 60 days from the receipt of shipment, your item is unfortunately no longer within this return period. Many of our products however, are still covered by a manufacturer's warranty." I should have purchased it from a reputable company like Walmart. In my opinion that is poor customer service. This was a bigger disappointment than the defective bag itself. If the bag is covered by a 2 year warranty then eBags should stand behind it.
