Positive Affirmations are - for me - wonderfully calming. They allow me to Center myself, so I can take inventory of my present.
Many of us feel SO overwhelmed. Knowing each moment can be a "reset" moment is freeing.
That may sound goofy BUT don't knock it until you try it.
Louise Hay is an expert. I actually wore out my first copy. This is an updated edition.
I first checked this out from our local library, and loved it so much I purchased the book. I will use it as a reference for quite some time.
