I had this on VHS and had to get it on DVD. I have done it on & off for years. It is a great way to begin pilates. Denise does the leg work standing up so you work both legs. The key is not trying to push yourself to keep up w/her in the beginning. You can easily build up to doing the whole workout, which works your entire body and is great for getting your flexibility better.
if your want to lose weight are heavy her cd's are the one's you can follow
We started a Pilates class at work during our lunch hours but I couldn't always make it so this DVD was suggested by the instructor. I have to say, I enjoy this workout because it allows me to target areas if I don't have time to do the complete 45 minutes ie: work on abs or arms or just legs for 7 minutes then cool down. It moves at a fast pace and it takes a little time to get the coordination down to keep up with Denise but is a great workout.
I like Denise but this video did not meet my expectations. It's too fast so you can't correct your form and work the proper way.
