I have read some reviews about the sound quality of this tv. I have had it for about a month, and have had no such problem, the sound is great!
The picture also is more than I could have hoped for, for the price.
I've also read reviews about the hdmi ports blowing out. I called Vizio about this, and the gentleman was very nice, and informed me that this is due to weak hdmi cords. He informed me, Monster Hdmi cords were the best, and I should get the strongest one my budget would allow. ( they are a bit pricey)
Now, for my one and only problem, and why I didn't give it a 5 star rating. I had also informed Vizio customer service about an annoying delay while changing channels and videos were not streaming. He told me my router may need to be upgraded. So, purchased a stronger router and the hdmi cord. Videos are streaming perfectly, no problems with blow outs from hdmi ports, but that annoying delay in channels is still present! I actually have to hold down the remote for about 5 seconds for the channel to change, and then it will run the channels at times. This is very annoying!! It doesn't happen when the tv is first turned on, but after about half an hr, it starts!
If this issue could be resolved, I would definitly give it a 5 star rating!
