The area I live in has hard water and no matter how hard you try you can't get the stains off stainless steel...until now. Wet your stainless steel sink, smooth the cream on the stainless steel using a sponge, let it set for 2 - 3 minutes, lightly scrub and rinse, grab an old towel and buff your stainless steel sink. Your sink will look brand new. The sink I used this product on is 15 years old and it looks like it was just put into the house. I was absolutely amazed and pleased. This was more or less an impulse buy hoping that it would do what the bottle says it would do. It did!
Bought this kind of by mistake. I thought it was a liquid form of Comet cleanser and because it is new. Well, there's no Comet powder (meaning abrasive powder) in it. But it worked just as well as the liquid abrasive cleaner I normally use. While it says it's for stainless steel, I used it on my porcelain sink and it did a great job getting rid of the tomato sauce & coffee stains and even small black marks left by pots. I even used it on my faucet that I don't think is stainless and it shined it up nicely by removing the hard water spots. I also have a black refrigerator that has an in-door ice & water dispenser and gets a lot of hard water deposits in the ribbed catch tray at the bottom. The products flows real nice between the ribs. I just let it sit for a minute, or so and wiped it out while rinsing and it worked great.
Other products that claim to do the same thing as this comet product are twice as expensive or more. I bought just after I received an all stainless steel cookware set on a whim to try it. Located on the top shelf and by a brand that I know works, it amazed me when it removed all of the burned brown butter at the bottom of my fry pan and now it has a shine like it were new all over again. A little water coat whatever you want clean leave on for a few minutes and voila shinny clean pans. It was neat to see it work for such a great price.
I've used cream cleaners before but never seemed a big deal. This stuff is amazing and now I can't find it anywhere! For the first time my stainless trash can looks new and so does all my kitchen gadgets. Gotta find this somewhere and looks like Walmart carries it...it's not in the cleaning section, may have to order on
