This book is loaded with very helpful information.
It shows you what you want to eat , then shows you what you can eat that will be just as tasteful and less calories. I highly recommend this book.
Gave to my mom for mothers day who recently started dieting. She loves the book and everyone else in the family hates me for buying it. The new healthy choices she's learned has put everyone in the house on a diet. But everyone is eating more food and healthier than ever. I think this is a great book to own!
