I've been taking the pills as directed, ie. 2 per day with early morning water, for a 3rd week now and have not lost a pound. They seem to hold my appetite during the early part of the day; however, toward the early afternoon, I am pretty much starving. I work until 10 pm daily and can eat a horse around 8:00 pm. It also requires a specific food group intake which I really find boring. Not sure this is the product for me, I normally enjoy working out when I have the time, which has not been the case, which is why I turned to a pill. But, I am still carrying the extra 10 pds I have been trying to shed for months.
