If your breast pump starts to not pump so well, chances are the membranes are no longer creating a tight seal when you pump. This is a very inexpensive solution to keep your breast pump working properly.
The membranes in the medela pump go bad quite often. I've only used mine 8 months and this is my second time needing to switch them out. (More than I had to on my cheaper evenflo pump... Weird. I know) These membranes are probably the best price you'll find them at. I did all sorts of research online looking for a good deal and this is it!
Its so helpful to have new membranes on the pump
Good replacements pieces to replace old ones, gives a better suction when replaced, every few months one will start to tear from use n cleaning.
I learned to always have some of these on hand. It's horrible to realize that you have a torn membrane and no replacements. The pump just doesn't work as well when your membranes are worn.
What more can I say than it allows me to use my breast pump. They are a little expensive in my opinion for a little piece of rubber. But since they are necessary, I guess they can charge whatever they want.
