Lots of five star reviews for this item and I would agree it seems to be well made and not likely to tear or puncture as easy as most of the floats that pull apart at the seams or puncture easily. My complaint is the float wants to tip forward if you dare shift your weight from a laid back position and don't have your arms on the outside edge keeping the armrests scrunched inward. Useless for trying to read a book or you start to slide out. I tried scooting back so my rear was beyond the seat, tried deflating it some, and nothing helped. I'm a 5' 8" male, 140 pounds and couldn't do anything to keep it from tipping forward whenever I moved. Will return if possible and recommend to anybody thinking about buying to consider whether they want to stay frozen in one position while floating at the whim of the wind, pool waves, etc. as opposed to sliding out if you try to adjust your position.
