My doctor had me purchase this book as I needed something to help with maintaining my weight. He suggested strengthening exercises to go along with the cardio that I do. The exercises in this book are great in that there are only two that you do a day and it only takes you a few minutes in the morning. It is surprising how two simple exercises can make you sweat. Along with that, the author has many other good facts and ideas. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a way to add to their exercise routine.
