We have a century-old house that has been updated and renovated with old house charm although not original decorative elements. With a vintage-look light fixture in our foyer, something was missing .... and once we added this medallion on the ceiling at its base, it dressed up the entire space!

I was replacing a hanging entry hall light that was not centered and had to be moved 6 inches to center it. The medallion worked like a charm to cover the cut in the ceiling. And it looks great!!!!
